Axim Technical Assistance is managed by two engineers, each of them responsible for half of the France-Belgium zone.
They have a cross-functional mission, under the leadership of the Research and Innovation department. They provide highly specific technical assistance to the Technical Sales Engineers. They intervene remotely or on site with clients to answer questions and carry out testing.
They are also the Technical Sales Engineers’ connection to the
Research, Innovation and Production departments. They are involved in the creation of new products by coordinating and validating products, and ensuring they are in line with client needs, through laboratory testing and monitoring.
Their pivotal role between plants, laboratories, client sites and various sales departments allows them to provide service and be reactive to a varied clientele: concrete, mortar, cement.
