Axim logistics in France and bordering countries is managed by Tratel, Italcementi Group’s transport subsidiary.
Tratel oversees the taking of orders for bulk and packaged products. Bulk deliveries are made by multiple tank trucks used exclusively by Axim.

All orders are processed by a centralised Tratel branch in Guerville.

For any other country, the logistics team works in partnership with regular transport companies and is able to offer reliable transport solutions.
 

Axim commitments in terms of delivery timelines:
Bulk delivery by tank truck
Timeline: For any order received before noon on Thursday of week N, delivery will be week N+1 (between Monday and Friday).
Delivery of packaged products

In barrels, cans, drums: by courier (< 500 kg).
Timeline: For any order received before 11:00 a.m. on day D, delivery is D+48 to 72 hours maximum according to the geographic area.

In Cubitainers: by charter (> 500 kg).
Timeline: For any order received before 11:00 a.m. on day D, delivery is D+72 to 96 hours maximum according to the geographic area (identical to that of the couriers).
